Ray has worked in the construction industry his whole life holding a number of senior management positions at various main contractors. Before moving into management, Ray earned his stripes and qualified as a plumber, carpenter and plasterer. This wealth of experience means Ray understands every level of the construction process down to the most finite detail.
Ray takes a hands on approach to managing our projects and has even been known to get on the tools if required!
James is an MRICS qualified QS with a wide range of experience having previously worked as a consultant and developer. This insight is invaluable to Delcon and James constantly strives to ensure our service delivery is straight forward and communicated in language that a client team expects.
James ensures Delcon continue to be held in the highest regard by our clients, not only for the quality of our projects, but also for our honesty and trustworthy approach when dealing with clients and supply chain alike.
Chris is an experienced finance professional having worked in a variety of senior roles across multiple sectors.
Chris is responsible for the continued prudent financial management of the Company and takes an active role in managing the financial elements of all of our contracts, working closely with the client team on matters such as insurance, bonds, escrow arrangements and VAT when undertaking qualifying schemes.
Mike has worked in the construction industry all his working life, delivering unique and complex projects both in the UK and abroad.
Mike joined Delcon in 1996 and has led our most challenging projects since that time. Mike has a keen eye for that all important attention to detail and prides himself on finding innovative building solutions that deliver even the most challenging of design concepts.
Along with his site team, Mike works in close collaboration with the Client design team to deliver an unrivalled build quality. This quality is evident across the numerous projects Mike has delivered in his 30+ year service to date
Andrew graduated as a Building Surveyor in 1994 and has worked in the Construction Industry ever since.
Andrew has vast experience in working in both new build and refurbishment projects. This experience is invaluable and provides Andrew with the skills and knowledge required to organise and manage the intricate complexities associated with delivering exceptional quality.
With his meticulous eye for detail, Andrew and the project team he manages is always forward thinking and proactive.
